Classes are led by me, Monica. I'm a mother, grandmother, registered yoga teacher and member of the International Association
of Yoga Therapists. Prenatal yoga includes mindful breathing, comfortable movement and simple meditation. The emphasis is
on finding strength and comfort within each pose and finding adaptations for your unique body. You will connect with your
intuitive nature. The small group of other moms-to-be are in all stages of pregnancy - first, second and third trimester. Sign up here
Have you experienced the divine sleep of Yoga Nidra? It is
a powerful technique in which you learn to consciously relax. The body may appear to be asleep, but the mind is awake, and
the consciousness is functioning at a deep level of awareness. Swami Satyananda Saraswati says, "Yoga Nidra is the

Two private classes will be scheduled to fit YOUR busy schedule. This is a good adjunct
to chiropractic care or physical therapy following an accident or injury. You will learn dos and don’ts, tips and tricks,
to go from “bad back,” to better, to best! Knowledge is power. Make a decision to feel better
and empower yourself.
Start a new class with your friends
If you have a small group of three (or more) persons,
and the regular class schedule does not fit your schedule, we can set up a new time for your Yoga, Yogalates, Yoga Nidra or
Qigong group at the regular class rate. This applies only to new recurring classes, and not to one-time-only requests.
