comfortable movement and simple meditation. The emphasis is on finding strength and comfort within each pose and finding adaptations

to chiropractic care or physical therapy following an accident or injury. You will learn dos and don’ts, tips and tricks,

Start a new beginner class with your friends

and the regular class schedule does not fit your schedule, we can set up a new time for your group at the regular class rate.
This applies only to new recurring classes, and not to one-time-only requests.
